The different personalities involved in any M&A deal can be complex and often destructive to the process. I work within the process to see what is really at play and what are the likely outcomes of people being included or excluded as well as letting you know what is going on for the various individuals and parties involved.

As the brain struggles with change it is important that organisations clearly look at how to assess the reality of their plans.
