Coach to Coach

Other coaches often ask me what they think are the essential things that make a good coach.  My response is the following:

"A business card – always carry one."

"A coach themselves – if you really believe in coaching then it is crucial that you too have a coach yourself."

I offer that service to coaches and will work with them to make themselves as successful as they want to be.  This will mean that you will also go through the process of looking into the mirror so you know where your ‘stuff’ is and where it may play out.

The end result will be that you too will be sharpening the saw and keeping yourself in the place where you are walking the talk.
